wow everything moves waaay too much man, hair looks like its under water moving, his "jacket" moves like hes hiding a cat inside it and its trying to get out (reminds me with the speaker move from the boombox). also for the arm movement i think ur flaw is that you made the arms move from the elbow section instead of making that movement start right from the shoulders point.
