Well, did that on like purpose. That grey is kinda hard to be visible-shaded. Look for example on Bandit's legs.
There are some colors that hasn't a lot of contrast if we shade them. That may be wrong, but I try to go with Lf2 style.

Well yeah i know that sometimes there's no shading (Bat's shoes and Henry's hair), and sometimes the shading isn't very visible, but still :I
