Hmm, his body seems to be positioned a little bit too far down in frames 7-9.
The transition between frame 6 and 7 seems too jumpy, but you could also blame the fast gif.

Will we ever get to see any small additions for the sub-characters? Could be that I already asked that, but I'm not scanning through these 30 pages now.
Also, the to-do-list sounds interesting! :)
