Getting to stage 99 with a regular character is impossible anyways, if I might say that at this point. And an epic LOL because of HappyHour who beat the last ten levels about 40 times 
Anyways, by looking into stage.dat, I couldn't find anything weird between stages 30-50 (didn't bother checking the others but they should give me the same result), so it must be your character that made the game crash.gif ";)")
