Looks like these days DCers have no time to do ANYTHING, also they usually don't like to do charas with ready sprites.

More accurately for me is, I'm afraid of ruining the good sprite with terrible DC-ing skills xD . For DC-ers it's really nice to already have the sprites, especially assuming the DC-er can't sprite.

Can't quite agree with this, because making the sprites can take very much time too? Even maybe more than the DC-ing
