Not quite right.
If you can control yourself, then you should understand it and ignore abusive things which is just for troling.
If someone wants to get attention by troling, then just ignore it, if you cant ignore, then you should do something about urself.
If person who tries to get attention dont get any, then he will stop, if he wont stop, then he/she is realy immature.
-rep which is just for giving fun, trol, is worthless so dont pay attention.
-rep which is for pointing bad things which is realy bad is useful.
