Below is an small essay of MY personal most used word (Whaat's list also contains some).
Seriously, the most common word youth in Finland use is "sh*t"(paska in finnish). Even those with not so potty mouth use it because in Finland it's an "inappropriate" word rather than a curse (let's use "crack" in this post for the sake of naziism healthy censorship). When something goes wrong: "oh crack!" When something is dirty: "it's cracky." When something is in a bad condition: "it's in a kinda cracky condition." When something is not going well: "it's going kinda crackily." You get the idea: basically it replaces half of the adjectives used + it's used as a word to use when yelling the feelings out.
Plus, then there are the finnish curses, such as what whaat listed (perse is another "inappropriate word", and not really a curse).
