When registering they should answer some questions from forum rules thread(when do you get warn, how many warn point for rule 3)

Dude, have you even read my post? It won't change anything, as it won't change their age and their understanding about discussion. Maybe I am just being very stubborn while I repeat that over and over again, but you make me feel bad that I posted this in front of whole community and not staff.
You can't change people' age, nor can you teach them while trashing. At least, that is not a very convenient way of doing it.

In all cases, rather have nothing instead of something negative.
Empty is an overstatement in first place, because there will always be those few people never leaving LFE. If necessary, I would still pick only having them, instead of hundreds of members from whom the most are simply spamming around (not saying it currently is that bad, just expressing my oppinion).

You should take a look at the IC forum XD We got only a few rules, accomodated by an instant-ban if you ignore them, but everything else is up to the users. As result we got a large community, no spam, barely flame and an acid pool in the suggestions forum quickly filtering people out.

That is a good point, actually. So you're suggesting cleaning every little post that is violating the rules, and let the smartest survive? I guess that's the only way...

Could you elaborate a bit more on the rules you use in your forum, which is, as far as I know, more populated by young people, than LFE?
