Teehee, necro-bumping my thread once again 
A couple "older" ones (in case you have been to my dA-page recently, you've probably seen them all):
My latest (which I am actually quite proud of, considering that, despite its amount of details, it's completely painted without any usage of photographs):
On a related note, I finally decided to record a little speedpaint (took around 15-20 minutes or so). The end-result is this:
I don't know if I want to do that more often, considering that Camtasia makes Photoshop lag like heck... either way, you can check out the video >here< (yes, I figured out a way to avoid using youtube 
)
Depending on the feedback I might do something like this someday again, and then maybe with voice-recording
