When they are caught use an injury to hurt them. I think negative injury gives them health. Idk why you are giving them health when you want to take health away from them. You can also use either the heal like Jan or John or I think use a state 18 to hit yourself with negative injury to heal you. I'm not a pro at DC but if you understand how to do it from there than great otherwise just wait for someone else to respond.
