From the lfr-file you can create a csv which tells you the final result of each lfr compiled. This makes it faster to get the information desired (as long as you don't care about the video). Just that the csv looks kinda chaotic... dunno if it's only on my computer but I have all the information in the first column whihc makes it rather hard to follow along...
And since I assume that it's impossible to change the lfr-csv-converter I must assimilate to that system :P
Anyways, modded version must be recorded as a real video, since you need to have the same data/sprites to replay it correctly. Regular games should be, for size's sake, recorded in lfr-format. Except if you plan to upload it to some site like Youtube... but I guess that statement was kinda redundant :P
I actually don't believe that you could skip parts of the video because the whole video is just a mess of code which depends on the previous frame. If you skipped them, LF2 wouldn't know how to continue replaying as important information is missing. Just accelerating, like Silva mentioned, is possible.
