Bla bla's sprites

I tried spriting in 200% but i just don't feel comfortable around it. I'm used to 79/79. I tried some sprites in 200% but they were bad.

What brush do you used for it,blur or normal?

Normal 1px brush. I use 3px rarely when there's a lot of 1 colour to add. About the dirty pixels. They are there cause when i sprite at the end i correct my sprite with a black brush and it leaves the dirty pixels. It's just a sprite so dirty pixels aren't so important(right?).
