He looks realy femine.
His left palm looks flat. How about if youll make his eyes more manly, you know, less black color. His shoulders are realy spiky and bit too high. Those round balls doesnt work for me. And his left hand 5th finger, which is supposed to be small, now its almost longest.
Thats my opinion. Writing nice and so is spam to me.

Chibi is smaller form of any existing character, meant to look cute. Usually has irregular proportions, with a big head and tiny limbs.
