Be it a prehistoric dinosaur, or a modern alpha predator, or a fantasy dragon, - as long as it is an animal, it is allowed.
Again, gifs are allowed. As for the size, it isn't limited, but it would be preferable, that it doesn't go out of 160x160 pixel range, unless it really is something very detailed and requires an exception.
