That one guy in the video Wrote:PSY should take down his video off of Youtube.

If we absolutely must defend ourself against this, then couldn't Youtube just lock the view counter at 999 999 999.

Anyway, as Lauli said, it is probably just a joke.

Age ratings for movies and games (and similar) have never been a good idea.
One can learn a lot from reinventing wheels.
