nevermind I got it
if I remove these:
id: 0 type: 0 file: other\tsunade.dat
id: 0 type: 0 file: other\gai.dat
id: 0 type: 0 file: other\konohamaru.dat
id: 0 type: 0 file: other\zabuza.dat
id: 0 type: 0 file: other\chuunin1.dat
id: 0 type: 0 file: other\izumo.dat

it works perfectly
