Other than that there doesn't seem to be anything wrong in your code (and since you also say it sometimes does hit, your coordinates probably just need finetuning).
(Basically what I'm saying is I believe you're interpreting the y: and h: exactly the wrong way. x:0 and y:0 means top left point of the image, with w: enlarging to the right and h: enlarging downwards.)
OMG, really? It starts at the TOP? I wonder how I've always been able to set my ITRs untill now. I always thought it started at the BOTTOM left. Might explain a thing or two.. Will set the ITRs again tomorrow. Thanks!
