As he passes the door to floor he just came from, Jonny can easyly hear the familiar scratching noises as the zombies apparently try to open the door. There is a moment of tension as one of the zombies apparently starts tugging on the door's handle, but it doesn't seem able to open the door just yet. Albeit it would probably best not to wait for that.
Moving upstairs, Jonny finds himself on the top level, with no further stairway upwards and only one closed door.

Jonny tries to open the door as silently as possible, listening to possible noises that may be emitted from behind the door.
