I think this character relies too much on magnetic powers

i dont know anything about lol, but shouldnt this be just fine for this char? actually it looks like he has too less magnetic powers to me
i agree about the whirlwind effect though, seems more reasonable to me.

maybe he could have move which involve weapons (ie dragging them around to damage enemies with it, throwing them like a boomerang)?
