those sprites arent really good, try to use a character that looks similar to that guy than edit him.....or learn to sprite by doing little by little.....you can't learn to sprite or code over a day. Try to practice. oh and lf2 characters are made by doing the shape then using a color use the buket to do the different sections then use the brush to shade. I don't know where you can find a tutorial or make a video so if you have more questions.....you're on you're own.
