yeah I know pyros head is small, but the head is always frickin small idk, even in the game ^^
Whats strange about it? Is it too dark? The pants are very dirty (grime or burned)

what makes pyro's head look small is his lack of hair. so i suggest to look at bandit and knight's proportions as reference, since they didnt show their hair too.
about the pants, its the shading. it seems like the light source is from us viewers or from the top. it should be something more or less like the scouts' pants shading, which the light source is from the right.
