Cannot register at HF empire and Ztage

I cannot register at HF and I do not know why.

When I tried to register with the username "Conqueror" I get this^.(Sorry for the small image).

"Your details match of a known spammer and was disallowed registration"??!
Then I tried using other usernames.Instead I got this:

There are no CAPTCHA challenge-response in that page!

For ztage,to register the admin@lf2.net sent me an email regarding to register at Ztage.I replied,but he hasn't replied for a long time.
Does anybody have the same problem as me or has a solution for this?Please help.
