Vegeta SSJ0:
-Basics are perfect. His attacks vary a lot which is good. Seems like you've made a mistake keying D^A into some frame in the middle of D>AJ move; He shoots multiple projectiles instantly losing no MP at all.
Haha! I love that you keep calling him SSJ0 when he's in his base form. And yeah, I forgot to remove the command, thanks for pointing that out!

One can just win spamming that over and over. I'd suggest you leave that as a move for catching only, or try to get more keys to have the combination a bit more complex to balance it. Another solution would be to somehow let the target have a chance to get away somehow (maybe timing D with the blast would let you teleport away?).
Hmm yes, I guess you are right about that. It consumes MP 2 different times, one to start the rush, if it misses then it doesn't use extra MP, if it succeeds then it uses more MP. Maybe I should just make it use all the MP at once so it can't be used as often/spammable. I want it to be a RUSH attack, so basically it catches the enmy off by surprise, making the attack always hit unless someone interferes or the character has a special that can be used to break out. I think Super Vegito can break out of catches or dance of pain with a special explosive wave.

-Other stuff are just perfect that you couldn't have made them better IMO :P.
hmmm I got rid of the basic combos because I didn't do the sprites for them and was thinking of making different combos, I'll probably do them another time.
And thanks!

-His D>J looks SPECTACULAR! But it feels a bit useless as it is very easy to dodge. What I think is that you should start basing your moves to be more combo-able; NOT in a pre-scripted. For instance, you could've made the D>J's explosion launch the opponent a bit upwards to give a chance for a dash attack or something.
-His DVJ (I think. I mean that Kamehameha-like move) is really boring. It's just a normal beam that takes a long time to charge and knocks the opponent straight into the ground. I am not sure about what you could've done, but I think Vegeta's moveset shouldn't COMPLETELY change when he goes SSJ or something.
-His AAAJAJ(#$*&%.. =(.
Thanks! and yeah, it is fairly easy to dodge. Maybe I should make the balls smaller and make more of them and even make some in the air that fall downwards to trap the enemy. You think that would work better? Maybe have like 6-9 small balls on the ground and like 2-5 in the air? Obviously the damage for each ball and explosion would have to be reduced, but it would make it harder to evade, because if you try jumping out you might hit one of the balls in the air? shiiiiiiiiiii~
That move he used to deflect an attack that was going to destroy the Earth. I just made it a standard basic "beam" even though it's a single 3006 ball.
And well he still has ki blasts and charging ki in his moveset! TROLOLOL
Combos removed cause I didn't bother editing the sprites and might make new ones eventually.

-Amazing electricity effects there :P.
-His DvJ (Infinite Break) suffers from what SSJ0's DvJ's does. Also, dude, I totally support the idea of giving Vegeta more melee moves (since he lacks them), but pre-scripted ones spoil the experience IMO.
-I liked the Big Bang attack :P.
-AAAJAKSDJALSKD missing again =(.
lol, they really aren't. They just have like 0 wait so they change so fast making it look nice even though it's really sh*t haha
Can make same change as stated earlier for infinite break as double galick cannon
It's pretty crap compared to Majin Vegeta and Vegito's big bang attacks hehe :P

He is pretty good over all (and I am tired of typing).
I just wanted to say that I liked the level system, and how you're actually staying true to the anime/manga. The counters are pretty good too, and I really loved the charging mechanic that I'd prefer that over actual holding of the buttons. Not to forget to mention how I loved how you made the energy balls chase a bit.
Keep this up!
Thanks! I like the level system as well. It's much better than my original ideas of having really weak characters doing 1 damage per punch while super vegito does like 35 from what I remember. them some other chars had like 10 and 20 etc, another type of level system. But that would have made matches take forever. Then my other leveling system had to do with bdys. But thanks to you AND YOUR HEX HACKS I HAVE A REALLY GOOD LEVEL SYSTEM NOW!!
Thanks for the feedback
Much appreciated
