TheKidd, when I saw this one at 13th zone. I thought it would be fun to try something like this. Since you posted it here, why dont you host a contest?
It would be fun to compete by just making c&p

If newbie c&p sprites he won' t improve at sll so he'd stay newbie.

not realy, to make good c&p sprites you also need skills.
c&p is different method which requires different skills

Only way to improve is dowwnload freaking photofilter or gimp or whatever and start spriting.

no, you can use ms paint for making same sprites. Actualy its same if its gimp or paint. Draw with them, make sprites, only ones have blury tools and others not.
Example. I made this sprite with paint. I actualy could have made it with any other program.
Did resize in paint but deleted black background and made it transparent by using other program
