SirFrog acts quickly and launches a Fire Bolt (-12 MP) at the stubborn fresh ice wall. Bamboori, Simon and Drahcir charge at the wall immediately upon the fire bolt's impact and try to crush it to pieces.

Blue Phoenix tries to sneak away, but fails.

Luckily the group is able to smash the wall down with their combined effort (Blue Phoenix's failed sneak attack was a further distraction for the wall) and the path is cleared as millions of tiny ice crystals are propelled into every direction. With a feeling that there's nothing more to explore at this dead end, the group quickly moves back to the first intersection they come across.

SirFrog: Well. How foolish of us. Should have been more careful.
Nave: How are we supposed to be more careful? None of us could have known or expected something like that to happen.
Bamboori: It's magic, really. No stopping it.
Simon: So this was a false path as well? How the Yi-nyinja are we supposed to know where to go without trial and error?
Drahcir: Wait... what the heck is Yi-nyinja?
Simon: *quickly raises his katana towards Drahcir's neck* Do not even dare to defile the sacred name of the Master!
Drahcir: Woah, relax, dude. It's ok. I didn't know.

Simon puts his katana back into its sheath.

Simon: I'll be keeping an eye on you, unworthy one.
Drahcir: *grimly laughs*
