Hello there. The creator of OPGW is no longer working on this mod. We recently joined forces for another One Piece game using much more advanced assets and engine (Check my signature for more info about the game and where you can contact zxcv a.k.a Z-Studios in that forum to ask his permission to use his stuff).
Either way, I believe his transformation technique relied on exploiting the heavy_weapon actions he didn't need for the game, and those basic actions are often not governed by nexts. The code looks really missed up >.>, and I am too lazy to go through all this. I guess I am going to leave the rest for you to figure out :P.
