Do you suppose the sounds are only to be used in LF2? A flash movie, or even a fan game might make use of these sounds. As I said, the fading effect can be added easily using a basic sounds library in case its a game (would be done at run time), or an audio editor in case its a movie or something like that.
Delays in the beginning of sound files, I hate the most. It's trouble working through such files trying to have it time correctly with the attacks/moves..etc.
