NTSD on Windows 8 (doesnt work)

I really recommend that you use NTSD-2.4_2.0a instead of the old NTSD 2.4. It is not only the moleboxed thing that is the problem. The old NTSD uses LF2 v2.0 as the basis exe file, therefore it still has the problem of the mirrored sprites, besides the moleboxed stuff.

NTSD-2.4_2.0a uses LF2 v2.0a as basis and doesn't have the files moleboxed.
