In regards to the CE LF2 data files

I believe that CE LF2 has been discontinued long ago (if I remember correctly Marshall lost his hard drive with it on), so I was wondering if anyone still cares about keeping the datafiles locked? Is there a way to contact Marshall and ask him, or is he no longer around?
Age ratings for movies and games (and similar) have never been a good idea.
