Hmn, the frames where his arm is covering his head makes his attack look slow and makes it less attractive I think. The starting animation takes too long, This suppose to be close range attack, am I right? If enemy performing dance of pain then this would be good but this attack would only server that purpose to attack when enemy is injured or freezed. He takes too much time while standing in one position.
He should move faster before hitting. I might be repeating myself right now but take a look.
He seems to be charging something but that object is small so it does not need to take long time for it to charge because he must commence quick attack, the rest of the frames says it.
He steps in, delete arm movement while standing and add it to the frames where he steps in.
