You Have To Use Azriels Visual Frame Maker For It. Because It's The Easiest Way To Make A Frame Perfectly ( As Far As I Know You Should Already Have It Cuz It's Provided In The Data Changer Pack )
[ Though I Make o/w/c Points with Photofiltere but it's a bit complicated to describe how to use it but easy to use ]
