Make an account on dropbox.com, make a folder for your project, upload the sprites to that topic and write down your ideas etc. in a .txt file and upload this as well. Now, you have everything organised.
If you want other people to be able to view the files, invite these members to your dropbox folder and they will be able to view it.
If you want to discuss it with other people, just use facebook/skype or something else. OR you could make a forum for yourself on proboards.com for example
