Edit: I also think we should discuss on one subject: making decisions. Right now, we 'just decide', usually because 2 or 3 people like something, which could be a good way to work with. Sometimes however, stuff is made before something is properly discussed (like the werewolf guy at the moment: movements are being made, while we're still discussing them). I think we need some kind of structure for this.

My suggestion:

I suggest that if a specific movement is discussed (such as the werewolf running, for example), at least 50% of the team members have to agree on a movement and than the creator(s) make(s) decides if it's going to be made or not.

My suggestion for characters would be:
1) After concepting etc, a topic is made, and one person takes lead for this topic (usually the topic starter)
2) we brainstorm on the movements and special moves as a team
3) when we have had our chance to respond, someone (usually the topic leader) makes a list of all the movement suggestions
4) everybody responds to the suggestions with "yes" or "no". If you agree on the main idea but want to twist the move, say so
5) the moves that have 50% of the votes can be included. The topic leader makes the final decision on which moves will be included. Moves can still be discussed of course.

I don't like using rules too much, but I think it would benefit the mod if we add some structure.

Is the above idea okay with you guys, or would you rather keep doing things the way we're doing things now?
