and also about the AI of the characters, it seems that the AI got dumber because the characters doesn't use skills that they used to in the original LF2, though this happens to me when I was using the PDK exe alone before.

It's only about Julian's AI for now.
While Difficult+ mode enabled, regular characters using their skills correcly.
Tell me if i'm wrong  

it seems that the effects 1XXX~8XXX doesn't affect the attacker's HP/MP but it affects the target's HP/MP

SOME of them must affect also with Attackers.
1XXX - sacrifices attackers HP when strikes target
2XXX and 3XXX - restore XXX HP when strikes target
