What about this? We make Julian in stage 1 or 2 fighting against lf. They defeat him and steal him mask. After they defeated Julian, Julian becomes obsessed with them and all he wants is revange to fight them one more time. General realize that and he is thinking he might be from help in fight against anyone so he ask him to join him that he will be able to revange lf's. Since he is obsessed with them, even tho he don't like to be under anyone's control, he accept deal. But he is clearly not as strong as with mask so he come out just as minor character like Bat.

I would like char like this (resprited chars) more than introducing many more unrelated characters as werewolf. I love idea about werewolf and i think we should keep him, but hydron and others, hh. Story gets loop.vWe shouldn't go crazy with too many of them.
