The walking makes me think you did that char in a 3D-software and animated it, it looks so smooth... just great

About the standing, I think, he moves a bit too much, the arms are ok but his shoulders rise up a bit too much. Also, the transition from the last to the first pic is kinda... extreme. Besides that, I'd say that these graphics are the bomb, your sprites are great and there is not very much room left for improvement
