I have changed phoenix a little bit; now he's better but I don't creat the attacks on my own. he's a mixture of phoenix and some new moves.

DvJ - 4 Clones [250mp]
D>J - Flashing Slash [75 mp]
D>A [+A,+A,..] - ninja stars [10mp]
D^A - many hands [80mp]
DvA - spinning wave [0 mp]
JJA [+A][+A] - swarming stars [+spinning wave] [75mp]
>>D - mirage [or press J when being injured] [0 mp]
Ability
Mirage- Rudolf have a mirage when walking,running and jumping. This
allow you to detect yourself upon hide. And you can have a high chance
of avoiding attacks when moving, this is useful against projectiles.[/dc]
