I was going to say "no weapons", but you didn't specify his fighting style yet...
Also, are you going to change most of his special attacks after each transformation?

We talked about this roughly, only.. moves should be in a similar style for each transformation, but there will always be some changes. The changes should fit the type of mask he's wearing, so if his first mask will boost speed/evasiveness, he'll use this new speed to his advantage in his moveset. If he gets rid of the weapon in 3th form because all stats are boosted, he'll get a diffirent type of melee attack, basic attack etc naturally.
