Can't open spoilers on phone version

This is what I assume as well. @Ariel: Does it keep jittering or will it eventually stop?

sometimes it stop after a bunch of refresh try(the jumping)
but the spoilers still cant be open
i dont thing that its because of the net,
in my sim i have 7 GB, but it seems to jump also when im using wifi
