Almost perfect imo... I think he looks too bulky around the waste considering he'll be pretty agile. This can be fixed with a small edit however

What I've changed is the waist, actually give him more of a V again
I've also changed the shoulder pads, as it looked like he was shrugging (shoulders up / too tense upper back muscles)
I also changed the hair, but do whatever you prefer I don't like one version better than the other.
I hope you agree with the idea of this edit. There's obviously some flaws in my edit Just do whatever you think is best .gif ";)")
