The site shows you different poses, each for 30 seconds. This is very very very effetive way to learn drawing human (figures).
Even if you can't draw whole figure in 30 seconds it will give you sooo much notion about how to draw it in future. And drawing same poses for few times will make it easier to redraw from memory.
There are dynamic and static poses from different angles, so. 5 minutes of drawing per day and the effects are great.
