I think the left arm is fine and the right one needs more movement. All fast runners have much arm swing U
IRL (it doesn't always work like that in LF2, Rudolf has no armswing at all. You could add a minor rotation eventually to make it look natural (like 1-2 pixels) but that's not all too important

If you want the punches to look powerful, perhaps you could make him punch wite a pretty big rotation like this: http://www.google.nl/imgres?imgurl=http:...hQKHVp9A64
Legs should also rotate, but hips usually aren't moving backward/forward so much
