Little Fighter 3. Hopes and expectations

I recently talked about this topic with a friend I used to play LF2 locally about 7 years ago and we had a couple of good ideas. I don't know anything about coding so please excuse my requests for maybe being impossible.
Our ideas include a LF2 port for your mobile phone. Nothing special, just the game on the go. Our other idea, which fits in the whole LF3 topic, was to remake LF2 with new sprites, new game modes and more and launch it on Steam (Greenlight). LF3 would be perfekt for Steam: online capability and an easy supply of mods (Steam workshop). Kickstarter would also be an imaginable tool.
