How does switching A/J solve any problem? DvJA would word just the same (similar to woody D>AJ). Chaining anything quick with crucial positioning will always be difficult. Granted the input of one should better not overlap with the positioning of the other.

Adjusting things for the most common/effective use is always a good thing.
