Okay now lets see here, Btw STM your representative char, is my Test Dummy, lol.

Sprites look not all that bad.

The Kamehameha, its too overpowered, I managed to 4 shot STM when he was at full health, 810 Damage. Data = Too Strong.
Strafe Slash Attack, Mp cost should be a little higher since it did 165 damage, yes I hit with all the slashes, data = Cost should be raised a bit more.
Ki Blasts, Op, why, because it costs 50 Mp when you shoot all 4 Ki Blasts, and it does 120 Damage. Data = Really Overpowered
Transform Column, its okay, the Sprites are nice, though familiar, <Where have I seen them before, hm> 350 Mp cost and 135 Damage, I feel as if its OK.
Should mention this, but you should put the hit ja in 110 Defend in Data area as well, you need to press the buttons all at once to transform right now.

Against Jason right now, who loves spamming his Grab xD
and again the Kamehameha is too Op.
Julian got 1 shotted...seems legit.
He got 1 Shotted 7 times, yeah really need to work on that Op part.

Overall Rating is

2.5 Not Bad.

2.5 comes from all because of how op the char is, though I don t mind all that much it IS your first char.
