Fan game or not, I can already imagine the authors of said game getting sued.

What do you mean? You think U1 would actually get down and sue us for a fan game? Not that it would stop me, it's still possible to change designs at such an early state of the project. Either way, I am still going to work on this till my heart's content. It just sucks I am not a very good spriter :\, which is what I'd need help with.
