Little Fighter 3. Hopes and expectations

I wanned to ask.
Azriel making hero quest game, was there very much negative opinions on that one?

What up with you people?
When someone attempts to make fan lf2 sprite, all I can see is "I want to see him as a char".
When someone attemps to make a fan lf2 game , all I can see is "NOPE, YOU WONT MAKE IT!"

1. Hero Quest intellectual property belongs to Azriel afaik;
   
2. Hero Quest started long time ago and is far from finished afaik;
   
3. Azriel gets benefits from making this game, as he can call it his own game and get recognition from it;
   
4. Little Fighter intellectual property belongs to U1;
   
5. LF2 game, sprites, etc belong to Marti Wong & Starsky Wong.
   
6. LF2 is modifiable, so making characters is totally fine.
   

Making a LF3, completely new game, without owning the Little Fighter ip is illegal. You are using someone else's concepts, it's stealing. It does not matter if you see the game as fan made or not. If U1 so desires, whoever was involved in the project will get sued. But don't worry, soon after you start the project you'll realize that the progress is uber slow and that you were waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay above yourself.
