Supposing you're using a layer-based graphics program, it'd be possible to overlay the jacket on the non-jacket sprite itself in the game, so what you can do is do Davis without his jacket, and then sprite over the jacket as a separate layer. This way, we can get 2 different outfits for Davis with minimal effort from your side.
Very nice Woody XD. Being an army guy fits him really well. One minor thing would be the bump in the shoulder area in the without-jacket Woody version. Otherwise, it's on spot. Keep this up!
