i totally have no idea how you got into the conclusion that A man is targeted by the mafia and that there is a trapper who will try to kill the doctor.
just wait and see if this role really act this way, to me it seems like your filling your head with crap.. calm down
also if a-man is really targeted and there is a chance for a trapper role than the doctor shouldn't protect you
we need to keep the doctor for later use
