@Bamboori - Someone else's reply is about using 'www'.

I think I had this issue once and I fixed it by clearing my cookies here.

This might be caused by some .htaccess setting. I remember having a setting once that screwed up signature updates. If BP has the time he should investigate this issue and figure out what setting could be causing the problem.
